Head of Human Resources & Organisational Development
Catherine Sweeney is Probation's Head of Human Resources and Organisational and Learning Development.
She is responsible for the Human Resources, Staff Health Safety and Wellbeing, and the Learning and Development function.
Priority areas for these functions are include pay modernisation; promoting a positive workplace culture; and digitising HR functions to provide better services.
