Head of Communications
Gail McGreevy is Head of Communications and Compliance with overall responsibility for Internal and External communications, Data Protection, Freedom of Information Requests, Records Management, and Complaints.
Gail's communication's responsibility covers both staff facing and public facing methods such as Intranet, staff magazines, website, social media, newspapers, TV and radio. She also has an engagement responsibility, reaching out to Councillors, MLAs, and MPs to promote understanding of the role of Probation within the Justice system.
Gail has responsibility for Records Management and Data Protection which covers staff, service users and the public. Gail has responsibility for policy within the organisation as well as being the Complaints Officer and Whistleblowing Champion for the organisation.
