Assistant Director, Rural
Jill Grant is Probation's Assistant Director for Rural areas and has responsibility for the field teams that work in the areas outside of Belfast.
Jill has lead responsibility for the areas outside Belfast that supervise court-imposed community sentences and is policy lead for Community Service and for Enhanced Combination Orders. She is also responsible for service user Equality Monitoring as well as Serious Further Offence and Deaths of Service Users.
Jill also has the responsibility for Electronic Monitoring and is the lead on Probation’s participation in Policing and Community Safety Partnerships (PCSPs).
