The qualitative and quantitative evidence highlighted in this evaluation shows that Aspire is a highly worthwhile and effective programme for service users who very much value the support it provides. It has impacted positively on their lives through the provision of both practical and emotional support. The commitment of both the Aspire POs/PSOs and mentors is impressive and the regard in which they are held
by service users and stakeholders is extremely high.
