Head of Finance and Estates
Paul has overall responsibility for Probation's Finance and Estate Functions.
Finance is responsible for Probation's overall financial management and reporting, production of the annual financial statements, purchasing, in house payroll and procurement.
Estates manages the security and maintenance of all Probation offices and is responsible for the delivery of the New 2023 and beyond Estates Strategy, ensuring that Probation estates continues to meet the needs of users and staff, while providing efficient and sustainable solutions.
