Head of Information Technology
As Head of ICT in Probation, Pauline Somerville has overall responsibility for the IT infrastructure used by staff to deliver Probation services.
Pauline is responsible for providing ICT Services, technical advice, guidance and first line support for the line of business systems. She also oversees the development of Probation's Digital Strategies in line with the DoJ and NICS Digital strategies, manages ICT Service Contracts, and manages a number of ICT projects as well as provide ICT advice and support throughout the organisation.
