Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Stephen Hamilton has overall responsibility for Probation's work in Prisons; Offending Behaviour Programmes and Psychology services.
He is also the strategic lead for the Enhanced Combination Order project. From a strategic perspective Stephen leads on Business Planning and outcome reporting, as well as being the lead official to the Board’s Policy and Practice sub-Committee.
He acts as co-Secretariat for the Public Protection Advisory Group, and oversees the close partnership Probation has with the Probation Service, Ireland.
